Analysing climate change and preserving biodiversity are on the top of the agenda for the second Pre-Expo 2020 Dubai week which, one year ahead, looked at the main themes of the initiatives, due to be held during the upcoming Universal Exhibition. And Italy led the field again.

Italy took part in the initiative with a space packed with original contents about sustainability which looked at the international cooperation to protect the coral reef in the Maldives, the observation and analysis of climate changes thanks to an innovative Italian-made satellite system, the challenges posed by these changes for the agrifood sector in Italy and all the Countries bordering the Mediterranean and scientific research into how to protect trees and forests all over the world.
