A major competition for creating Italy’s logo for Expo 2020 in Dubai was launched on a national scale and is open to students of all levels, besides design schools, universities and professionals.
The competition, which will end on 15 June, will award prize money to the winners of this creativity competition, who will be chosen by a special panel of judges made up of people from the graphic design and design sectors.
The Italian General Commissioner’s Office for Expo 2020 Dubai has also launched the requests for expressions of interest regarding the various supplementary activities involved in the project for developing the national Pavilion for the forthcoming Universal Exhibition. Over 25 million people are expected to attend the first-ever Expo to be staged in the Arab world, from 20 October 2020 to 10 April 2021, featuring over 160 exhibiting countries.
Lastly, the recruitment process for personnel that will form the initial core of the Commissioner’s Office team continues.
